Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your TamTa piece. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Free from perfume, makeup, stains, or any signs of wear

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@tamta.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.
• Custom-made or personalised pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Handcrafted Pieces

Each TamTa piece is handcrafted individually in our studio. Due to the handmade nature of our garments and embellishments, slight variations may occur. These subtle differences are part of the artisanal process and are not considered defects.

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we will be happy to assist.
