Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that custom-made, personalised, or made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
