Cancellation policy

TamTa offers selected items as pre-orders.

Pre-Orders

By placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item before it becomes available for immediate dispatch. Estimated production and delivery times are displayed on the product page.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before your order has been shipped by contacting info@tamta.co.uk.

Once a pre-order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

As all TamTa pieces are handcrafted and produced in limited quantities, production timelines may occasionally vary. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you directly.
